Custom parts and prototypes
CNC machining is a subtractive manufacturing process in which a milling machine removes material from a workpiece, following the instructions of a program generated from your 3D design or technical drawing.
The result is a part manufactured with high dimensional accuracy, reproducible in series, and with surface finishes ranging from rough machined surfaces to those ready for painting or direct installation.

Our work process
1. Project Reception — We receive your 3D file (STEP, IGES, STL, DXF) or 2D drawing. If you only have a sketch, we can help you with the modeling.
2. Analysis and Quotation — We evaluate materials, processes, tolerances, and lead time as quickly as possible.
3. CNC Programming — We generate the machining program in our technical department, optimizing toolpaths and minimizing material waste.
4. Precision Machining — Manufacturing on our 5-axis milling machines in Paiporta (Valencia).
5. Quality Control and Finishing — Verification of dimensions and tolerances. Optional finishes: sanding, painting, and varnishing.
6. Delivery — Shipping throughout Spain and Europe. Workshop pickup available.
